Ugh

I was hit with a nasty bout of insomnia on Sunday nite and then spent all Monday fighting a migraine. Fortunately, I was able to keep it at bay, but due to not eating hardly anything for a few days and dehydration, stress with work and family stuff plus the no sleep, Monday was unpleasant to say the least. Tuesday made up for it though, I decided to actually take care of myself and got a wellness massage and chiropractor visit at the spa (yay for the only perk I get out of that place).

My personal congrats to the Chiro guy, he was able to get my neck to crack both ways without making me horribly sick like usual and hurting. But poor dear got overconifdent and thought he could actually get my sacrum and hips to move, silly fella.

On a side note, I did get screwed on the massage though. That's screwed ON, not IN, people. I scheduled with someone in particular who Ive heard good stuff about, but it was changed without asking me. The guy who ended up doing the massage has a personal style thats, shall we say, very 70's-esque. Everythime I see him, with his Porn-stache, I hear in my head "bown-chica-wow-wow' and look around for his van. IJS@

So feeling WAY better tonight and looking forward to hanging with Lesley and Doria in the 'va-yey' on Wed.
