There are other lots of other great recipes on the site too. I'm especially looking forward to trying the Butterscotch Pudding recipe because Butterscotch is my favorite.

The season premier of a show I really like is tonight: Ace of Cakes.

I really like the energy and feel of the show, and the great cakes that they make. The people who are on the show are really cute and funny and make amazing cakes.

Enjoyed a delightful dinner night before last with my dear friends Kristen & JJ, both of whom work in the food industry at well know locations here in LA. Kristen made a delicious, all from scratch, 4-course Russian themed meal:

Cream Cheese and Salmon on Crostini
Borscht with Sour Cream
Hand made Bread (courtesy of her fella)
Beef Stuffed Cabbage
Potato Pierogis with Sauerkraut
aked White Raisin Cheesecake.

And, of course the requisite Vodka, Lithuanian Gold in honor of her heritage. Sweet, but with a mighty heat to it.

Nothing better than good food, good drink, good friends, good cheer.
